Our Solution: 12-week journey of individual and group learning adventures, divided into parts that focus on individual coaching, group coaching, resilience skills, and interpersonal skills. One-on-one coaching sessions are tailored to the employee's development areas, and cohort-based group coaching provides peer support and shared learning.
We aim to build stress management, emotional intelligence, adaptability skills, and improve communication, collaboration, influence, and relationship building.

Program Structure: The time commitment is 12 weeks, 1.5 hours per week, practical skill building with feedback; bi-weekly individual and group coaching sessions. We use evaluation tools like Clifton Strengths Finder, Resilience Skills Inventory, Engagement Surveys, and 360 Feedback.
Commit to a 12-week journey with comprehensive assessments utilizing industry-leading tools such as Clifton Strengths Finder, Resilience Skills Inventory, Engagement Surveys, and 360 Feedback. These evaluations provide a holistic view of personal and team development progress.
Development Themes: Understanding personal strengths, effective time management, aligning roles and strengths with positive purpose, giving and receiving feedback, resilience, and improving communication. The aim is to help individuals develop a growth mindset, understand their impact on others, and create a plan for improvement.
We also provide guidelines for managing escalations and making meetings more effective. Individual and group survey assessments will be taken at the program start and finish for proper evaluation.
