From the front lines of the technical revolution, collectively we’ve worked across an expansive variety of industries and understand the challenges of a rapidly changing landscape.  We’ve impacted a wide range of sales and customer facing roles in large global banks, smaller financial institutions, PE and VC backed payment processing firms, cutting edge Fintech startups, and emerging consumer services companies.  While the experience from each of these companies may vary, the resulting knowledge can be captured in one key insight:

The cultural health of any organization is its True North predictor of success.

  • For over 25 years, I have acted to deliver great client outcomes by actively supporting the “people side” of business. When employees are happy, revenues go up, customer relationships expand, and market penetration increases. Having coached over 1,500 individuals where I've championed the role of executive leadership, led corporate promotion programs, and launched strategies to improve organizational collaboration. My expertise lies in empowering organizations to achieve accelerated growth.

    With great pride, I have empowered amazing women by co-creating platforms that have accelerated their career tracks from middle management into senior level assignments and introduced and sponsored several “reverse mentoring” initiatives which pair junior/middle graded staff with the most senior executives in the firm.

    Finally, and most importantly, as an ardent supporter of innovation, I was honored to champion the role of executive leadership in removing barriers and improving organizational collaboration.

  • Nancy Meyer

    Chief Strategy Officer

    Nancy has worked with clients and businesses in the areas of strategy, marketing, research, sales operations and customer success across multiple industries, including banking and technology. Her hands-on experience draws from working in financial services, consulting, marketing and leading her own service-based business for ten years. Her expertise lies in uncovering hidden opportunities in strategy, marketing and customer experience.

    Chief Facilitator

    John is an innovative and dynamic Facilitator and Trainer with expertise in the financial services industry. He has a proven history of designing, developing, and facilitating, in-person and virtual, professional and career development programs across the globe. John has a passionate and authentic approach, engaging and involving audiences, impacting business results, employee performance and employee engagement.

  • Maureen Wilbrandt - Consultant

    Maureen’s experience includes positions of Senior Vice President and Corporate Director for some of the world’s premier global institutions: Citigroup, General Electric, Fifth Third Bank and HSBC among others. For over 30 years, Maureen has achieved success in numerous strategic change programs which have delivered impressive outcomes for her clients including reduced time to revenue, improved customer satisfaction scores, and minimized fraud operating losses. Maureen prepares clients for the challenges of today’s business climate.

  • Gabriel (Gabe) Tabakov - Associate

    Gabe is a Business Analyst and a graduate of University Texas Austin where he received his degree in Economics. Gabe brings his expertise in business analytics to the company and enjoys learning about exercise science, nutrition, psychology and and artificial intelligence in his free time.

  • Liam Gilhooly - Associate

    Liam is a business analyst and holds his JD from Marquette Law School where he also obtained his undergraduate degrees in History and Psychology. Liam brings his expertise in business analytics to the company and will graduate with his MBA Summer 2023. He enjoys cooking and comedy in his free time.

  • Tim Koegel - Consultant

    Tim is the author of 2 WSJ best-selling books, The Exceptional Presenter and The Exceptional Presenter Goes Virtual. He’s coached many Fortune 500 executives with their keynote presentations; he has also provided communication training, 1-on-1 advice, proposal consultations, and IPO Roadshow and Funding pitch prep to their teams. Over the years, Tim has advised US Government officials and regularly conducts workshops at the nation’s leading MBA and Executive MBA programs.

  • Tamara Nemo - Consultant

    Tamara has over 25 years of experience working with clients to formulate and execute their business and talent development strategies. Currently, she works with a broad range of clients as a facilitator, corporate trainer, and executive coach based in New York. Tamara has designed, implemented, and led management, leadership, and technical training across the globe.

  • Ryan Schadt - Consultant

    Ryan is a New York based communications consultant with an extensive consulting background facilitating workshops with leaders across all organization levels. His experience stems from 14 years in the investment banking and professional services industries. Ryan’s an accredited Executive Coach and a certified Financial Risk Manager.™
